@mrjones, I tested the beta version and did not see the filename displayed on the contact’s profile after submitting the attachment. Showing the filename would make it easier for CHWs to quickly confirm that an attachment has been added.

have you updated your contact-summary function to include that field?
Thanks for your question @iesmail ! To better help others find this discussion about the 5.1’s new feature of enabling attachments on contact forms, I’ve created this new topic for it.
Per @diana’s point, I believe you’d need to update the contact summary to show the field you’re interested in. Otherwise, the ticket lists “updating the the contact summary” as out of scope for this initial effort.
