Agenda 1 - Bridging malaria diagnostic gap at the community level using AI .
Agenda 2 - CHT V5.1 is here!
It is our most community driven release.
This version was released on February 27, 2026 and it delivers practical, high-impact improvements that respond directly to implementation feedback.
What is new in CHT v5.1?
- Previous month targets: CHWs can now view their prior month in-app performance targets. This improvement was built by community partners including Medic, DatalyticsCraft and Ssollinc.
- A task bubble has been added that shows tasks that are due today or overdue.
- Task filtering: Built in response to partner feedback, users can now filter tasks by type, status (due/overdue) and location—making day-to-day workflows more efficient and focused.
- Android notifications feature has been introduced.
The release has many other technical improvements and bug fixes. Read the release notes for more details.
What makes this release truly special? It represents the highest number of community contributions to date. This is a testament to the strength of the CHT as a true Digital Public Good. A massive shout-out to everyone who committed code, tested the enhancements and shared feedback!
