Looking for feedback on existing CHT -> DHIS2 integrations

I’m trying to assess how CHT deployments are currently integrating with DHIS2.
We recently completed a DHIS2 integration using OpenFn and are now wondering if the approach we used could be generalized to support other implementations as well.

If your implementation integrates with DHIS2, could you please share:

  1. How does your implementation integrate with DHIS2?
    What are the technical details? Do you use outbound push directly to DHIS2, OpenFn, a custom script with PostgreSQL, or something else?

  2. What’s working well, and what isn’t?
    Are there any pain points or challenges you’ve run into?

  3. Would you see any benefit in migrating to a more standardized approach like outbound push + OpenFn?

  4. Does the DHIS2 documentation meet your needs?
    Does it clearly describe your use case, or is something missing?
