I believe you can use the hidden type in this case: Building App Forms | Community Health Toolkit
You can wrap all your notes in a group, and make the group hidden, there’s an example of this in the default config pregnancy form: cht-core/config/default/forms/app/pregnancy.xlsx at master · medic/cht-core · GitHub (for example: anc_visit_advice_note).
Can you please try this out?
