I have used “note” data type to display some information in the form
As i have used around 6 notes regularly , so the automatically generated report has created around 6 variables.
Is there any way to exclude those variables in the report section ?

I believe you can use the hidden type in this case: Building App Forms | Community Health Toolkit
You can wrap all your notes in a group, and make the group hidden, there’s an example of this in the default config pregnancy form: cht-core/config/default/forms/app/pregnancy.xlsx at master · medic/cht-core · GitHub (for example: anc_visit_advice_note).
