A CHW uses textforms to report values using codes (eg: 1 = alive but unwell). In the response to this report, can we include the value that the code refers to?

eg. CHW sends in form “F 12345 1” and receives a response saying, “Thank you!..you reported the child as alive but unwell. Please correct and resend if this is incorrect.”
