User Research: understanding the experiences of CHT users by conducting surveys

We are looking at understanding the experiences of CHT users by conducting surveys in addition to the qualitative user research methods we have been carrying out such as user interviews, focus groups and usability testing. The main goal is to identify future opportunities for improvements of the CHT.
