UHC mode displays “Date last visited” and “Visits this month” for each Household when viewing the list of households. In addition, it’s possible to sort based on the “Date last visited”.
If your hierarchy has 1 or more levels between the logged in user and your households, those users will not see households in this list of Contacts so these UHC mode features will not be available. See below for an example.

Example
If your hierarchy is configured like: District->CHW Area->Village->Household, CHW’s will see Villages in the list on the Contacts tab. UHC Mode features are not available.
