I have created a simple form in CHT XLS form. and I have added this skip logics
I have reuploaded the form to CHT but still the skip logic doesn’t work and this is the view that I get
Kindly help, what might be the error?
Please change your fifth column header from relevent to relevant.
Also, please make sure that your choices sheet contain Yes and No in the name column.
Usually, we like to keep the name fields in lowercase so that it’s easier to perform calculations and analysis.

Thanks for your solution. The issue was on the name column where by I used sentence case instead of using lower case.
