From programs perspective, to maintain continuity of care and retain critical historical information, would it be possible to display only the child’s diagnosis in the condition card?
For example, in the child health workflow, the CHW is guided through the assessment using a care guide, after which the app generates a provisional diagnosis. For the interim period, while we work through a longer-term solution, displaying only the diagnosis summary in the condition card would ensure that key clinical information remains visible even if the underlying form data is purged.
