I am implementing css style report printing for the reports in CHT and would like to inquire on how to change the report fields like in the screen shots below for easy readability
Compared to what to this below where the fields are label by how they are stored in the DB document

Can you try adding translations for your report fields?
You would just use the whole key you see on the in the report details (report.care.care.medical for example) and add a translation for each one.
You can use either cht-conf (have a look at some of our sample apps translations cht-core/config/standard/translations/messages-en.properties at master · medic/cht-core · GitHub) or Admin UI.
