Someone kindly assist to remove duplicate chus ,or completely remove subcounty from cht

Hello @binod our cascading hierachy starts from creating County supervisors, sub county supervisor users, CHAs users who are incharge of CHUs and lastly CHVs who are incharge of chv areas( linked to facilities). The issue am experiencing is removal of multiple duplicate CHUs using cht-conf without restarting my docker images & containers.
