Hi Team
We were requesting for an enhancement on the experience of the supervisors when they are assigned more than 2 areas with many chws .
We noticed that the general performance became slower on the supervisors’ accounts due to a high load of documents.
This will greatly support our users requests in the field.
Thankyou
Hi @Edwin , thanks for reaching out. To understand better the scenario, I have some questions:
When are the supervisor experiencing slowness? Action and page
Are the supervisors an online or offline type of user ?
How many documents are they accessing? Are they suppose to access all those documents?
How many CHWs are they supervising?
What is the device specs? OS, memory, storage, device model.
cc: @Nicole_Orlowski @leah in case you have some other questions

Hi @Jennifer_Quesada @Nicole_Orlowski @leah
Thank you for your response.
The Supervisors are both online and offline users.
It affects all supervisors on any device.
The below shows the message displayed when registering this user.
The notification indicating exceeding recommended limit.
Due to the need to cater for the user requests in the field, we have to ignore the notification and register the user with docs exceeding the recommended limit. This in turn leads to a slow experience for the users.
Below is how the user account looks like after registration.
I hope this explains it better?
