Phone number input and validation for new prefix numbers in Uganda

New Phone number prefixes from Uganda telecom Providers MTN, Airtel and lyca (076,074,072) are not allowed as inputs (throws an error) on the tel. field for contacts.

Has anyone had this of issue before, Is there a fix ?

Phone number validation is achieved with google-libphonenumber. We update the version used in CHT-Core with every release.
Could you please share which version of CHT-Core you are running and an example of a valid phone number that fails validation?

Hello @diana,
We are running 3.7 and plan to upgrade to 3.13,
The demo page confirms that the Prefixes have been added in the latest update.
