Is there a way I can configure application logs to be in json format for ease of consumption?

Can you please be more specific about which application logs you are referring to?
Is it browser logs? Server-side logs (api, sentinel, couchdb, haproxy, nginx)?
To answer quickly, there is no way to configure log formats at the moment, but it would be useful to know more about your use-case and needs.
