Yes there is. The instructions are different depending on a range of options but it’s all in this section of the documentation. Please let us know if anything’s missing!

We are trying to migrate to version 4.x. But, I want to know first how to install by scratch before migrating, so that I also know the implications for migration process.
We do have a lot of issues right now on the application like incorrect task showing, there are times like the data is not passing correctly, and so on.
I will gonna inform you once it was fully successful.
