Our team is thinking about applying the community health Toolbox to improve operations, boost data collection, and provide better patient care.
What are the main processes and worries and creating CHT for a new project? Are there restrictions and guidelines that should be followed?
How flexible is CHT in terms of modification? Can we customise the platform to match our specific requirements, such as creating unique processes?

First of all, I hope you already have a demo account so that you can look into CHT more closely. If not you can sign up by submitting form here.
Besides CHT Forum, we have up to date documentation website which has tutorials on setting up CHT along as well as building CHT applications. You can customize CHT to fit requirements and doc site provides details on how to make those changes. You can also find some of the examples of CHT applications in doc website here. If you can share more specific details after looking into resources, may be CHT community members can guide you with more explanations.
In addition to documentation website, we also have CHT Academy which has few courses on building CHT applications. Please do not hesitate to post any additional questions here and we can support.
