How to manage families and family members?

Hello, greetings from Ecuador, I have installed the web-app satisfactorily, and I have some doubts for the implementation process that I will post here with the hope that someone can help me.

In the video “Demo of our mobile app for community health workers” shows how people are organized in families and family members, but in the administration of places can only manage the places and areas. My question is how is the administration of families and their members carried out? Thank you very much for your help.

Up until version 3.7.0 it was only possible to have exactly three levels of places: “district_hospital”, “health_center”, and “clinic”. In the demo we used the “clinic” to represent the family, so families are just places. Then we changed the translations relating to the “clinic” to “family” to get it to look right in the UI.

In 3.7.0 we are introducing configurable hierarchies so you can have as many levels as you like, and levels can have names that make sense to your project.
