Does anyone know a way to support a grid of number widgets similar to a grid of selects?

Perhaps someone else has a solution here that I have missed, but unfortunately I do not know of any way setup the grid that you are looking for. (For better or worse, these ODK forms are visually optimized for small screens such that information is relatively low density and there is no way to collect more than one piece of information per line…)
