Funding & Acceleration Opportunity

We, at WFP Innovation Accelerator, are reaching out to share with you the open call for Innovation under Digital Health Innovation Accelerator Program(DHIAP) .

DHIAP, which was launched in 2021, is powered by the WFP Innovation Accelerator and BMZ digilab – the innovation lab for digital solutions, initiated by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in collaboration with GIZ, the German Development Bank KfW, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Through this newly launched open call for Innovation, we are looking for digitally-powered solutions that can contribute to building pandemic preparedness capabilities in selected countries: Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Sierra Leone, and Togo. Please refer to the country-specific Call for Innovation overview documents for more details on the application topics, as well as solutions’ desired features, capabilities and any additional requirements.

Selected projects will participate in one of our Innovation Bootcamps and will be considered for the WFP Sprint Program, a six-month acceleration program with access to up to US $250,000 in equity-free funding, mentorship, and access to a global network of relevant partners in the public health space. We have launched our call for application on August 15 th and we will be receiving applications till September 11, 2022. We believe your solutions address the challenge areas mentioned in our program. We encourage you to apply for the program here.
