Complete specification provided — SQL schema (35+ entities), data dictionary (500+ fields, 23 sections), developer brief (22 requirements), ICD-10 diagnosis coding, FHIR R4 field mapping, interactive screen mockups (4 roles, 50+ screens), and a phased build plan. Developer can begin coding on day one.

Required: demonstrated offline-first SQLite experience, Supabase or equivalent backend, and comfort with clinical data systems. Global health or LMIC deployment experience a strong advantage.

I have built offline-first Flutter apps using SQLite with sync logic for low-connectivity environments, and I have worked with Supabase alongside clinical data structures, so the technical side here is familiar ground.

The multi-module scope across SCD, maternity, and CHW outreach is something I can navigate without needing a ramp-up period — I understand how these workflows connect at the data layer.
