February 2026 Round-up highlights and recording

A huge thank you for joining us at the February Round-up call. Your active engagement and thoughtful questions made it a fantastic session.

Below is a recap of what we discussed.

Agenda 1- Operationalizing generative AI to strengthen community health service delivery .
The Dalberg team led a powerful conversation on the generative AI solutions that have been deployed in Kenya and Zanzibar to strengthen community health service delivery and supervision. Beyond showcasing the technology, the presentation highlighted tangible impact of the interventions.

This discussion also demonstrated how innovation, when embedded in real implementation contexts can unlock measurable improvements in service delivery. It also sparked forward looking ideas from the community on scaling responsible AI solutions that are practical, adaptable and grounded on community health realities.

You can watch the presentation recording here.

Agenda 2- CHT AI Tool.
Medic works closely with the CHT Community, Ministries of Health and partners to equip them with the required skills to design, build, scale and sustain CHT implementations. The training has adopted various training approaches including self learning using the CHT academy and CHT doc site and in-person training.

To make the app development process easier and faster, the CHT AI tool was recently introduced; this is a knowledge companion that guides App Developers to build and update workflows using AI. With simple prompts, the tool can guide one to configure tasks, targets, hierarchy, contact summaries and form updates and seamlessly deploy the changes. You can read more about the tool here and watch this video to see the tool in action.

Special shout out to our amazing Presenters- Aika, Joy and Medrine (Dalberg Team) and @Romuald_Dansou for sharing practical AI insights and real world implementations experiences. Your contributions continue to inspire the community to experiment, learn and build AI solutions together.

The Next Round-up will be on March 12 at 1:00 - 2:00 pm GMT and we are looking forward to learning from each other. :handshake:
