Hi @kossi - can you double check that you have a fully valid TLS certificate set up? Some times the secure connections work in a browser but don’t work with other clients like grunt. For more information on fixing chains, check out this thread.

The answer was very helpful.
I just discussed with our server’s manager. our ssl certificate is only valid for our domain. So I will find another certificate that can solve the problem. I’ll let you know if it’s solved or not
