During Migration Step 2 indicates: Migration from CHT 3.x to CHT 4.x | Community Health Toolkit
Due to the size of my database, this process fails with the error below:

Do you have enough storage available?
The operation only involves indexing some additional views, it’s standard CouchDb operations.
