Delivery Report Editing Issue

Users are experiencing issues when editing the delivery report. Specifically, the system automatically duplicates the baby’s profile.
To manage this issue temporarily, we have disabled report editing. When users encounter the problem, they report it to our team, and we manually edit the report and remove the duplicate profiles. However, this is not a sustainable or ideal solution.
We need to resolve this issue at the system level to ensure a smooth, efficient, and user-friendly experience for all users. cc @nitin @binod @Prajwol
