A data record triggers a task for a person with 15 events in a weekly basis. After 5 weeks a CHW sends a data record that triggers the same task.
Is there a way to have both event series separately having two tasks for the same person 1 in the first event and second one in the 6th event ?

I believe this should happen automatically if your task is set to be applied to reports. Is that not the case? You don’t have to wait for 5 days to submit the new report, you can test with submitting two reports immediately and check if both tasks are displayed.
