Background color on labels

Do we support background styling colors on label text ie

i have been looking at this link and as wondering if this is what is applied since in XLSForm, you can only use basic Markdown syntax for limited text formatting options such as bold, italics, and underlining and background color styling is not supported natively in XLSForm.

In XLSForms you can use the HTML styling you want, and there are some CHT defined appearances that are perhaps simpler and cleaner to use.
