Absolutely! 4.x can be deployed via docker-compose in most typical virtual private server environments (including AWS EC2 instances).
The main additional consideration for deploying 4.x CHT instances is that for large deployments needing to support many users, we recommend deploying with a Kubernetes-style container orchestrator. If your organization has experience with AWS EKS services, this might be a good option.
