Agenda 1: eCHIS Uganda<>CHW Registry integration to support user management
The CHT User Management Tool is a configurable web tool that has helped to decentralize the user creation process closer to the teams who support programs at the subnational level reducing reliance on technical teams and making it easier to manage users at scale.The solution supports key functions including single and bulk user creation, user replacement, reassignment, moving users between places, merging places and user deletion.
As eCHIS Uganda continues to scale across the country, a need emerged: enabling District Teams to create users directly based on the data user information available in the CHW Registry, which is now integrated with eCHIS and serves as the single source of truth for CHW information.
During this session, @jonathan demoed how this integration works in practice. When creating a VHT area, users can select the external source option in the user management tool, choose the relevant district, facility and area and the user management tool will pull the corresponding information directly from the registry. District teams can then proceed to create the required users and download their credentials all through a streamlined workflow.

Agenda 2: New CHT capabilities for Sub contact attachments
CHT has always supported attachments such as images. However, a gap has existed when working with household contacts and sub-documents: attachments were not always routed to the correct contact. For example, a child’s profile photo could end up attached to the head of the household rather than the individual household member.
That gap is now addressed! 
D-tree, working with Ssollinc and Medic, recently delivered contact flow and report improvements that enable attachments to be correctly routed to child contacts and reports, while also displaying profile photos directly on the contact profile.
At our August Round-up, @bernard showcased these new capabilities: users can now register household members and upload an individual photo for each person, with support for attachments associated with sub-documents as well. Importantly, these improvements do not introduce custom image compression, CHT’s existing file-attachment limits and controls continue to apply.
Why does this matter?
Beyond improving the contacts registration experience, these new functionalities will strengthen continuity of care across Zanzibar’s Interoperable digital health ecosystem. Sub-contact attachments can now be shared across systems such as facility EMRs and OpenIMIS.
This is a great example of how community collaboration is closing practical gaps and making CHT more useful for real-world digital health workflows.

Agenda 3: Form list re-use - a new feature
The community has previously discussed the challenges of large choice lists reuse across multiple forms. Duplicating these lists usually increases sync times for CHWs and makes updates harder for App Developers to maintain.
The external datasets feature addresses this by allowing shared datasets to be declared once in app settings and reused across multiple forms.
