It is possible to trigger an app form after creating a new household. However, I’m not sure whether it is possible to load the household data in the app form (analogue to loading client/person data in app forms) in order to link the report to the respective household. If this is indeed possible, how do the first rows look like in the form?

For an app form linked to a household, the rows would look almost similar. Here is an example from a publicly available form: CHW Home GPS
We can still use db:person but please note that we have place_id instead of patient_id.
