AI assistant to draft clinical guidance decision tables for MD review

Your Organization: University of California, Berkeley

Organization Type: University

What Other Organizations Would Benefit From This Feature:

Describe the Feature: AI to help draft decision tables and data collection forms for clinical decision support

What “Pain Point” Does The Proposed Feature Address: Most CHWs have limited training. A hard-coded set of forms can provide guidance, but is costly to set up and soon becomes obsolete.

Proposed Solution: My team is trying to build AI solutions that integrate with CHT in supporting CHWs. Our approach uses AI to create a first draft of clinical data collection and decision tables based solely on local guidelines. Doctors review these easy-to-read tables prior to deployment. At runtime, all logic uses XLSForms that are deterministic and fully on-device. The same AI makes it easy to update guidelines for MD review.

Do you have funding to cover external developers? No

Do You Have Resources (Designers, Developers, PMs) Available: We have programmers and a few MD advisors

Hi @David_I_Levine - welcome to the forums!

Thanks for your post - this is exciting to hear about. To make it easier to read more about your project, is it possible to make the Google Slides document view only to the public? This way folks don’t A) have to have a Google account and B) request access.

thank you!

Thanks for the pointer. I thought I had, and hope I have now.

Perfect - thanks @David_I_Levine ! I confirm I’m able to view the document without an account in comment only mode.
