Is it possible to access error logs of textit connected to CHT ?..

I’m afraid I don’t have any experience with textit.com . At Medic we use our own deployment of rapidpro (the same software used by textit.com). If you log in to textit.com and select the right channel you should see traffic, errors, and logs in there. If that doesn’t work, try reaching out to their support desk.
