I want to ask if the cht-conf (update-ui- extention) will be included in this release?
No. Since the UI Extensions work is a brand new feature we will be shipping that in a minor release (e.g. 5.2.0). This 5.1.2 release is a patch release with some essential bug fixes, but no new features.
