Love this guide! Particularly the section on program roles with a detailed breakdown of lines of communication in a Telemedicine implementation from the community to the facility level on pages 7-13.
When setting up a new telemedicine service, it is important to integrate it into your existing healthcare systems, at the national, regional, district, sub-district and community levels. At these levels, managerial and operational teams have already been established, there are defined levels of care for patients and referral procedures are in place. (pg. 7)
