Avoid duplicate household registration by CHPs

Is there a way we can uniquely ID households registered by a particular CHP so as to avoid scenarios where CHPs re-register the same HH more than once.

Thanks for the question @jonathan.

One way I can think of is assigning each household head (primary contact) an ID outside of the CHT platform and using that ID as a unique registration field. Of course, this doesn’t stop another health worker from registering the same household with a different household head.
