# UHC Mode features not available for some hierarchy configurations

[UHC mode](https://docs.communityhealthtoolkit.org/apps/features/uhc-mode/) displays “_Date last visited_” and “_Visits this month_” for each Household when viewing the list of households. In addition, it’s possible to **sort** based on the “_Date last visited_”.

If your hierarchy has 1 or more levels between the logged in user and your households, those users will not see households in this list of Contacts so these _ **UHC mode features will not be available** _. _See below for an example._

#### Example

If your hierarchy is configured like: `District->CHW Area->Village->Household`, CHW’s will see Villages in the list on the Contacts tab. UHC Mode features are not available.
