# Two-way texting intervention- community story presented in January's CHT round-up call

The Two-way texting (2WT) system supports hybrid automated and manual interactive texting between providers and patients. The 2WT system has been adapted to support male circumcision telehealth in [Zimbabwe](https://forum.communityhealthtoolkit.org/t/two-way-texting-for-male-circumcision-follow-up/959) and South Africa and ART patient retention in Malawi and Zimbabwe.
