# Issue starting Docker \[resolved\]

I wanted to run the [CHT Docker Helper for 4.0](https://forum.communityhealthtoolkit.org/t/cht-docker-helper-for-cht-4-0-released/2329) on an M1 Mac and it worked initially, but the next day when I tried to start [Docker Desktop](https://www.docker.com/products/docker-desktop/), I encountered the error below.

I found this related [Docker issue](https://github.com/docker/for-mac/issues/6572) and for me, deleting `~/.docker` solved the issue and I was able to start up Docker again.
