Hi all,

Our team is continuously working to enhance the Community Health Toolkit (CHT) framework. To understand your needs and expectations, we request you to provide feedback via [a survey](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScLSWtKqy-s_dEYgx6aWV0XIal3MzqgRlZ7WBjcltAaAFC3bw/viewform) which is open now and available till July 31. We do take your responses seriously and consider them in development of the CHT framework.
