# Customize report title in report list (for app forms)

Seems like a [Condition Card](https://docs.communityhealthtoolkit.org/apps/features/contacts/#condition-cards) that lists “Outbreak A and B” (using your example) would be a very quick and easy way to see which interviews they have performed. Have you considered that?
