I just realised that none of my condition cards gets updated. When a form is submitted, they do not show up in the report card.
The report card is always empty, for all users.
What is this issue here?

My first guess would be that your reports are not getting correctly linked to your contacts.
Can you provide a sample of a report that is not showing up in the reports section of the contact?

I guess you are right. I have replaced my group-input in the beginning with the one from the pregnancy.xlsx and now the reports get displayed in the condition cards.
