Change the delete pop message

Hello …

Is it possible to change the delete message that shows up in the pop window when one clicks on the delete button while deleting a patient?

or its something engraved in core ?

You can change it by updating the confirm.delete translation. Be aware that this translation is used for deleting reports and messages as well so changing this value will update those confirm dialogs too.

@gareth - thinking about this issue. What’s the a process for recovering items that a health worker deletes by mistake? If so, is this process the same for recoving a person vs a message vs a report?

@Beth Deletes are permanent, so the document is no longer in the database. To recover you could recreate the doc from the audit log or from your backup. The delete button can be disabled by permissions for a role if this happens a lot.
