A really interesting piece from the team at Intrahealth. I was especially interested in the third trend — “the devolution revolution.”

> Kenya is leading the continent in a “[devolution revolution](https://www.usaid.gov/documents/1860/devolution-kenya)”—the transfer of health decision-making from national to county leaders. This shift means that software solutions and data sharing agreements will need to be spread across dozens of political entities, not just concentrated at the national level.

Does this resonate with anyone else?
