Just following up here: the issue has been resolved and [4.7.1 has been released](https://forum.communityhealthtoolkit.org/t/announcing-the-release-of-4-7-1-of-the-cht-core-framework/3520).

To avoid anyone accidentally upgrading to the broken build the 4.7.0 release has been deleted from the market.

Thanks for your patience.
