Our friends at the Community Health Academy are hosting the final session in their COVID-19 and Community Health webinar series, Community Health and Social Equity during COVID-19 in the US, tomorrow Wednesday, September 16th, from 8-9am EDT.
Speakers will discuss actions that state and local governments and other stakeholders in the US are taking to address the ripple effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on other aspects of society, including economic stability and social and emotional support. Panelists will highlight the role that community health workers (CHWs) can play in providing assistance in these areas.
