The Think Global Health article “The Double Thread of COVID-19 in Africa” outlines the risk of deaths due to disruptions to care during the COVID-19 pandemic exceeding the number of deaths due to the coronavirus itself. This piece resontates with work that Medic Mobile and members of the CHT community are engaging in to monitor disruptions to care in health systems supported by digital tools and respond accordingly to support care delivery.
