The action forms are currently ordered in alphabetical order. There was a recent UAT where the participants requested that they are arranged in a systematic manner according to their worflow e.g A Screening form appears at the top, followed by Pregnancy Registration rather than Pregnancy before Screening.
One way is to use numbers on the form title e.g 01 Screening, then 02 Pregnancy Registration
Let me know if there is a better way this can be achieved.
This is user feedback that has been shared over the years as a nice to have. It makes complete sense to align the forms arrangement with the users’ journey map within a household. Once alignment is complimented with training, it will ease off some navigation difficulty experienced when a user is trying to locate forms.
